Don't Buy Acai Berry Products Before You Read This

There are many acai berry products on the market as the berries popularity has exploded.

However, many companies are just jumping on the band wagon to produce as many Acai products as they can and are not worth your hard earned cash. This means you should take some care in choosing an acai berry product that won't leave a bitter taste in your mouth or a hole in your pocket.

You need acai berry products that have retained their active properties and are not full of useledd bulking agents and unwanted chemicals.

Before you buy Acai berry products, read this checklist to make sure you aren't throwing your money down the drain.

1) 100% Organic Ingredients. This is a must for acai berry products. Non-organic products can contain chemical pesticides, herbicides and other toxins.

2) Because acai starts losing its active health properties within 24 hours of being picked, you need to buy freeze-dried acai products such as jiuce or pulps. Do not buy spray dried acai products as this which destroys the active health properties.

3) No fillers or bulking agents or anything that might dilute it. Obviously fillers, chemicals and carriers should not be used. Bulking agents mean you're not getting as much Acai. Check the label for useless fillers such as soy, corn, maltodextrin, water and lots of other concentrated fruit juices which you can buy seperately at the supermarket. Do not dilute your acai berry product with other juices. You are meant to be buying acai after all. After all, when we buy Acai, we want Acai.

4) No added sugar, artificial sweeteners or fructose. As we all know, sugar is not good you. Also, some acai berry products may caffeine or guarana in them. Put them back on the shelf!

5) No preservatives. I think this one speaks for itself. It's fresh juice that's meant to be fresh.
